I have had this little gripe going round in my head for quite some time now and have finally decided to share it with you.

A company sends you an important letter telling you that you owe them money, they’re going to take you to court etc., they give you a deadline of say for example 14 days to reply from the date of the letter, why on earth do these letters that are sent 1st class postage suddenly take 5-7 days to arrive halving the deadline?

Your thoughts.

I was going to write a completely different post about Magpie who pay you to advertise on Twitter. However I have decided to sign up with them and set my tweet to ad ratio to 20:1 as not to hopefully put off anyone that is following me.

I’ll throw this question out to you:

According to an article written by businesszone.co.uk Alistair Darling, the Chancellor of The Exchequer could force banks to lend to SMEs, so that lending will reach 2007 levels.

It also looks like an interest rate cap is being considered.

I’m on not an economics wizz will twisting the banks arm in this regard help to kick start the economy?
