I don’t make New Year’s Resolutions as I normally break them within hours of the New Year.

So instead I have set up some goals, I created a page detailing my goals back in November, click the My Goals for 2009 tab at the top the page.

I have been tagged by Giovanna Garcia to take part in a meme about what would you tell your teenage self.

I haven’t really analysed my teenage years at the time. So this post has given me the chance to do so.

There are several messages I would like to send to my teenage self:

1. Grow a thick skin and do not let the naysayers get to you, do what is right for you, no one else knows you better than yourself.

2. Concentrate on your education, don’t be lazy in class, do not let your mind wander.

3. Stand up for yourself and let people know that you aren’t going to be bullied.

4. Be yourself, do not try and be something you are not, people are going to see through you if you do.

There are only 3 people I would like to tag for this and this Steve Leighton who runs a successful coffee company called hasbean and Kyle Reddoch a web development expert. Filmstalker who loves movies.

The rule is simple tell the blogger that you have tagged them via a comment on their blog or via twitter.

I have now installed Twitip ID on the blog.

When you post a comment you can now include your twitter id in the comment so others can follow you. Just enter your username without twitter.com in front.

Thanks to Kyle Reddoch for helping with the configuration.

Just checked the setup on my blog and all external links have a no follow attribute attached.

They have now been banished thanks to the DoFollow plugin.
