It’s 08:22 BST, it is already warm, I’m trying to keep cool, hopefully it’ll work as I mentioned in yesterday’s post I’m off to Birmingham this afternoon to be fitted for my plastic appliance. I’m going to be sweating buckets today, but it’ll be worth it. Catch you all later.

That’s another month ticked off on the calendar, this year is just flying by. Had a bumper posting month last month, easily made up for the days that I didn’t post anything. Here’s to even more posts in July.
