Is there any such thing as a “job for life”? Or is it that your boss is thinking you are comfortable in your role and basically “forgets” that you are there and never offers you promotion.
I could never spend more than 5 years in a company whether I’m promoted or not. I start to get itchy feet after a couple of years or I’d rather become my own boss and do something that I really enjoy or can easily diversify into where ever my interest takes me.
I’m finally back, wish I could give a really valid excuse for being away so long. Been playing World of Warcraft and working.
I have now installed Chrome and I’m really impressed with it thus far, however there have been a few niggles the past couple of days and some sites do not appear to load or behave correctly, so still have to switch to firefox to get around those problems.
I’ve cast my vote. Now let’s see what happens in the early hours of tomorrow morning.
No major incidents apart from an exchange between a dog owner and another voter.
