Cube Cart developers please take note

I’m calling out the cube cart developers about their lack of response to a bug I reported. Even if it were an acknowledgement to say the issue was being looked at.

Yes I did post this on a Friday, however, being as we are a 24/7/365 online society, the upcoming weekend should not have an bearing on a response time.
It only takes a moment for someone to acknowledge that they are going to look at it.
As I stated in that bug report, because of the lack of response I’m having to go through thousands of product titles removing the apostrophes.
Not something that I feel I should do when I’ve paid £110 for a licence.
So if someone out there reading this knows someone at Devellion, point them in the direction of this blog entry or the bug entry I have posted on their bug tracker.
Or someone who has some experience of this kind of bug could take a look and come up with a solution.
When I launch my site to the masses, I don’t want my customers to come across show stopping errors like this one.
I won’t be waiting around my computer for a response as I’m out for sunday dinner, so please feel free to leave a comment for my return.

Hello, my name is Al from CubeCart. The bug tracker is not something our staff work on every day especially so soon after a release. The reported was posted at 14:10 on the Thursday. Its now 8:30am on Monday so there hasn't been a huge amount of time for our staff to look at this.
Please note that we make technical support to our customers our number one priority. If you can send a support ticket about this today before 3pm GMT we will get this sorted for you today and post the fix in the bug tracker an close the issue. We do actually have a fix for this issue already so if you want to get in touch with FTP access to your store we will fix this in no time.
Our bug tracker can be left for a week or so at a time before we dedicate a set amount of time to it getting as many fixed at a time. This is far better time management. In the future please always may your first port of call to the customer support area.

Thank you for your reply, unfortunately I cannot send a support ticket as I have no support credits, £21 at the moment to top those up is too expensive.
That would have been my first port of call if I had those credits. I am just a little frustrated that this software cost me £110 and I'm trying to get my store up and running so I can get some return on my investment. Spending hours removing apostrophes from my product titles isn't very productive and does make the titles look horrible.
Someone else with a similar problem regarding apostrophes has also replied to my bug report.
I hope this gets sorted as soon as possible.

I'll do my very best to get the bug report fixed and closed today with code changes. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Thank you for your quick reply, this has restored my faith in Devellion customer service.
Well strictly speaking if you want customer service you need to contact us via our helpdesk.
The bug tracker is mainly for our developers not customer service representatives.
