… I may be fat, losing my hair, ageing a little. However I don’t have a problem getting it up, it may be average in size, but hey I’m happy with it.

I couldn't agree more! But in my case, I'm a female so I don't need the pills, extensions, nor anything else! They don't even bother to look to see if they are hitting the right audience!
