You’ll find me mooching around the Job Fayre this morning at Stafford College, at the Tenterbanks building. That’s if I don’t get lost. Years since I’ve been in the bowels of the college.

It runs from 10am to 4pm, so if you’re like me tired of the dole and finding it next to impossible to find an employer with the intestinal fortitude to hire a straight talking, fruit loop like yours truly. Head along to the job fayre.

Little side note, fayre is the old spelling for fair, so put down your dictionaries, take a deep breath and count to 10.

By posting more witty observations about the absurdity of life. I might be posting more than once a day from now on, just depends upon how much material I can gather when I head out into the big bad world outside. You know what?

Last night I thought I saw a zombie, then I realised I’d left that email open from Channel 5 inviting me to take part in a competition to win a zombie experience with the Walking Dead.

I’ve also applied to have this blog appear on the kindle store, I think it cost $0.99 to subscribe, cannot remember if that’s montly or a one off cost. So for next to nothing you can read my ramblings in the comfort of your bed/deckchair/massage table or wherever you might be chilling out.

You can also find me lurking on facebook, giving my own unique perspectives on life, the universe and any other random thoughts that pop into my head. Along with a lot of cursing.

Sure there maybe consequences afterwards, but nothing that you can’t handle. I say if people can’t handle the truth, then they should  be careful what they wish for.

How many times have people come up to you and said “Tell, me the truth”, “Tell me what you really think”?

However there is a little tiny thing you have to bear in mind, there are times and places to do it, if you need to expose some wrongdoing then do it. If something is bugging you, affecting the passage of your normal daily life, then say something.

But don’t speak your mind for the sake of speaking your mind. Bite your lip if the time isn’t right.

But Richard, people then come to me and say “Why didn’t you say something sooner, if you felt that way?”. Because the time wasn’t right.

You’re not going to land your knockout punch at the beginning of the fight, you’re going to wait for your opponent to tire, then you hit him with it. It’s going to have the biggest impact at that point.

But don’t wait to the last minute to do it, time it right. If you get the timing right what you say can cause shockwaves for a long time to come and it will be for the right reasons.

Okay enough of the waffling, I’m still processing the videos from the Wildlife and Country Craft Fair I visited yesterday, they should be up on youtube at some point this afternoon. There are also a few photos to be uploaded.

I’m going to have to invest in some more memory cards. So I can get all of the footage I want to. Now that I’ve got a taste of the events at Stafford Castle, I’ll be popping down to the Classic Car event on 29th July. A bit of a long time away, by then I should have some more memory cards

I’m off to the job centre this morning, then back to processing more videos, so it’s rather a busy day today.

There was a mess up with the old account, so I have 2 accounts, but that’s the only account I can now add photos to.

I’ve also knocked up another couple of videos for my business, some more experimenting later on.

The only down side is the limit on characters, can be a nightmare with longish links, either have to take the http:// in front or shorten the links using bit.ly.

As usual the days seem to be merging into one, especially now I’m really cranking up my social media presence. If you haven’t seen it already here’s an animoto video I put together earlier not only for your amusement, but as an attention grabber. Just in case you forgot I was looking for work.

Now that I’ve got your attention. You may or may not have noticed my tweets (posts on twitter), that I’m looking for work. Preferably working from home. I’m mainly aiming myself at the UK market, however that doesn’t stop me from looking for some work from our friends over the pond in the US.

£80 per day or

£10 per hour

So why 2 rates? Okay let me explain.

Not all jobs are equal, some are going to take longer than others. Some jobs aren’t going to take all day to complete.

I deem a full day to be 8 hours.

So if your job isn’t going to take 8 hours, then you’ll be charged at the hourly rate. You will only be billed for the times I spend on your job.
