It’s 08:22 BST, it is already warm, I’m trying to keep cool, hopefully it’ll work as I mentioned in yesterday’s post I’m off to Birmingham this afternoon to be fitted for my plastic appliance.
I’m going to be sweating buckets today, but it’ll be worth it.
