Do your departments actually communicate with each other? Apparently not. I would really like to know how npower is set up so I can appreciate the reason behind the lack of communication between departments.
Please do not insult my intelligence by telling me the computer produces your correpsondence automatically, there has to be some form of human intervention at some point.
