I was under the impression that these discussion boards were to discuss certain topics, not to get people to buy more shares in you? There is an actual “Buy Me” discussion board where you can do just that.

This is what has put me off from participating in the discussion boards, just keep it to the proper place and discuss the topics in hand, thankfully a few are finally getting the idea and posting articles that are relevant to the topic being discussed.

I’m not going to buy you if you spam yourself across several discussion boards, if I’m interested I’ll seek you out. Or you will see me in one of the chats.

I’ve had a nice surprise in the post this morning, another tax rebate for £231-09. That is going to help a lot.

Straight into my savings account, I think 2012 is going to be a great year for me.

I’m looking after my mum’s dogs for the weekend, so I bought along my laptop and I’m using my mum’s connection to post this, which is a little naughty, even though I won’t be doing much and also I have now outed myself as having a laptop, which my mum doesn’t know about.

I had originally purchased this laptop for business purposes, but seeing as that is on the back burner for a while, instead of leaving the laptop to gather dust in the wardrobe, I’m going t be using it a lot more.

I’ll soon be covering up the logo on the lid, with one of the diaspora stickers kindly sent to me by @documentally, I’ve never really thought about stickering up my laptop, but I thought now is the best time to start.

Went to one of their seminars this afternoon in Manchester, well part seminar as the poor guy who was running the seminar, his support team were involved in accident on the motorway, so he couldn’t show us any slides or anything, so he had to resort to using a flipchart, I was going to stay until the seminar in the evening when another team would have arrived, but the guy managed to cover most things.

My only stumbling block is the cost of the course, which I’ll have to work on.

It’s definitely something I’d like to do.

Now I’m heading to bed because I’m absolutely knackered.

Pretty disappointed with my efforts this year, I will try a lot harder next year, all depends upon what I’ll actually be doing.

As I said in a previous post, vlomo11 marks the beginning of my life as a videoblogger as well as a “traditional” blogger, not the end.

I won’t be churning out videos on a daily basis, I’ll post a video if I want to share something, or I need to get something off my chest.

audiomo11- I know I promised to take part in this and only ended up doing a couple of them, this is a little difficult as the only means I have of recording on the move is by using my ancient mobile phone and phone in through phoneboo, which isn’t ideal. I’ll be looking in to addressing that in the new year. I might find a way of doing audio through my Kodak Zi6, and jut ripping the audio track out of the video, I’ll investigate.

My car broke down again, on the way to my uncle’s garage, had to call out the AA, turns out the alternator has gone, that’s not going to be a cheap repair, might have to walk to work in the morning.

Another day lost at work, looks like battery has given up, despite charging it for 16 hours and the temperature not being that cold.

Tried getting an online quotation from kwik fit, website errors, so going to pop down when they open to get a new one and fingers crossed before christmas I’ll be able to get a full weeks pay otherwise I’m up the creek without a paddle.

Okay here’s my latest vlomo11 effort, managed to squeak over 15 videos this month, as I said before this isn’t going to be last of my vlogging efforts just because it’s coming to the end of November.

Or vlogging, I have discovered why my videos are so massive, I need to convert them to flv format to stick on youtube, so instead of being at least 500mb or above they are less than 5mb.

The free version of the software I was using after the 14 day trial period doesn’t allow you to save in flv format, so I bit the bullet and registered the full version, I think it’s going to be worth it in the end.

I’ve now made my computer desk really unstable by removing one of the plywood thin back covers, in order to accomodate a short usb cable, so I have to avoid really bad left to right movements, incase everything slides off.

I think time has come to move around the stuff in my room and invest in a sturdier computer desk.
