Yes it’s me in all my glory walking and talking, trying to multi-task at the same time as being nearly run over by a bus, some how I missed out observation in my multi-tasking.

It finally turns out that it was a problem with my battery, just about got home from work yesterday when the power steering packed in again and this time everything died, the car just conked out.

My car battery is still currently charging, 16 hours so far, going to have to take it on a long run tomorrow to see how it does

With just 3 days to go until the end of November, I have failed miserably at this year’s vlomo. Only 14 videos done compared to 50 odd last year.

Coupled with a job and other stuff going on around me no surprise there. Once vlomo ends this won’t be the end of my video blogging exploits, thanks once again to @ernmander for his generosity in giving me his Kodak Zi6 video camera, I will be doing a lot more video blogging in the future.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank @ernmander on twitter for sending me his Zi6, nice little camera, now I need some pointers on how to reduce the massive 166mb avi file down without loosing too much quality, I think I shot this video in HD60 mode whatever that means.

This is a little shout out for some assistance.

I have a T-Reg Vauxhall Astra 16v CD Auto.

3 weeks ago I had the automatic transmission light come on a couple of times, thought nothing of it, as the fault rectified itself.

On my way to work this morning after stopping off to buy sandwiches, I drove off then suddenly the power steering stops working and my steering wheel pulled to the left, luckily the wheels didn’t turn as well as that would have been scary, also the speedometer and the digital display keep going on and off. Just about managed to get the car home, so I’ll break it down without the waffle:

T-Reg Vauxhall 16v CD Auto

Power Steering stopped working

Speedometer and digital trip counter working intermittently.

I’ll also be asking my uncle later as he is also a mechanic.

How much time do you actually spend reading your emails?

Are you like me, who skims through them and only reads them fully if they are of value? I think it’s about time I stopped signing up for so much junk. Or remember to tick that little box not to receive marketing emails.

As you have been aware in the past I’ve been taking part in the “Mylikes” sponsored tweeting program, I stopped doing it because I felt that I was bombarding my followers with stuff they’d never touch or want ever and running the risk of them unfollowing, however this one that dropped in my inbox got be intrigued.

It’s for a new club/casino opening in Derby, those of you who live in Derby or the outskirts what are your thoughts.

This is the link to the site:

I’m not getting paid for this by Mylikes or by the club in question, just throwing this out for your thoughts. I’m thinking I may pay a visit in the future and thinking would it be worth my while?

Lately I feel that my mind is out of focus, any pointers on how I can focus my mind, apart from my participation in vlomo and audiomo?

I’ve just completed porting my mum’s site over to how it should have ben setup in the first place, so there is no complicated coding involved for my mum to update the articles on her site, I still have a bit more tweaking to do on that and then I’ll be completely finished.

Then after that it’ll be concentrating on the plans again for next year.

So as I said in the beginning, I need something to continually keep my mind in focus, suggestions greatly welcomed.

Yes VLOMO11 is upon us, cry havoc let slip the lens of war!!!!

Yes we all know that social media is a powerful tooland accessible to all, but if you treat it like a game or use it as a sounding off board without thinking something through 100% can have serious consequences mainly career wise. So before hitting that send button, make sure that what you post cannot be construed as bringing your employer into disrepute.

Don’t be surprised if you find your P45 waiting for you the next morning.
