Webcam for wizzardsblog TV

Okay I have finally got a webcam for my wizzardsblog.tv video blog. However I am facing a problem, because I am wearing glasses there is a reflection from the monitor in my glasses so you cannot actually see my eyes.  I need some suggestions for how to solve this reflection problem.
