Okay I have finally got a webcam for my wizzardsblog.tv video blog.

However I am facing a problem, because I am wearing glasses there is a reflection from the monitor in my glasses so you cannot actually see my eyes.  I need some suggestions for how to solve this reflection problem.

I have a Logitech C250 Webcam.

I have used this article to help:

http://strobist.blogspot.com/2007/05/how-to-improve-your-cheapo-webcams.html

It does work, however I have to keep adjusting my monitor’s contrast and brightness controls after I’ve finished which is less than ideal.

I need some more tips on how to eliminate the reflection. Feel free to comment below or hit me up on twitter.

  1. Turn off the monitor or drop down the brightness should fix it for you ?

    Looking forwards to the project

  2. Thanks for the suggestion steve, that does work, just have to remember when I've finished recording to reset the monitor :)
